For our R&D unit in Athens, Greece, we are looking for an enthusiastic Division Manager Cloud Services (m/f/d).
STRUKTUR AG creates digital solutions for innovative markets. Our product portfolio includes an award-winning highly-secure communication portfolio for conferencing and collaboration (Spreed, Spreedbox), medical application for Radiologist, a renowned planning suite for financial-mathematical calculations and secure cloud services for government and industry. Our clients include international companies such as Deutsche Bank, Vodafone, NEC and BNP Paribas and businesses worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Disciplinary management and motivation of our teams across multiple locations
- Strategic planning and further development of our product offerings
- Technical and operational responsibility for our innovative cloud services
- Acquisition of new customers and management of existing accounts
- Development of market strategies for the business segment as well as involvement in product planning and pricing
- Presentation of our cloud services
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations and conclusion of agreements in cooperation with our sales department
- Optimization and further development of our internal organization in terms of technical, personnel and structural aspects
- Reporting to our CEO on a regular basis
The ideal candidate will have:
- University degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field as well as management experience
- High willingness to travel
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Confident negotiation skills
- Strong initiative and hands-on mentality
- A high degree of quality consciousness and pursuit of long-term solutions and strategies
- Excellent German and English skills
- 3+ recommendation letters
- Loyalty and a trustful cooperation with the management is a prerequisite for this job.
